Freshers : 2018/19/20 pass out only
Mandatory Skills: Good communication skills ( Oral and Written )

Roles and Responsibility:
>> Preparing MIS Reports. Coordinating with internal departments Communicating issues via appropriate department contacts.
>> Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information through email/ chat and some cases through outbound calling.
>> Maintaining Software Applications. Determines requirements by working with customers. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
>> Full fills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests.
