Job Description
>> On successful completion of 1 year training you will be absorbed as Assistant Manager with an annual CTC of 6.5 lakhs / annum.
>> CTC during training period will be 6 lakhs / annum.
>> Along with CTC you will also avail the benefits like Mediclaim, Gratuity, Accidental Insurance, Mobile handset, Retention Bonus etc. The Gross CTC during training will go up to 7.32 lakh/ annum.
Eligibility Criteria
>> Qualification BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Chemical/ Electrical & Electronics /Instrumentation /Mining) 2020 or 2021 pass out only.
>> A good academic career with 60% throughout (10th, 12th, Graduation).
>> Starting date for application is by 15th April 2021.
>> He/ She should be Willing to sign a 3-year Service Agreement on the day of joining.
