Job description Roles and Responsibilities:
Relationship Manager/Relationship Manager Cum Dealer
Responsibilities: -
1) Acquisition of High Net Worth customers
2) Acquiring new customers and cross sell of third party products
3) Initiate and conduct micro marketing events focused on target segments
4) Suggesting the scrip to the client for trading and ensuring maximum profit to client which is recommended by our research team
5) Handling portfolio of the client according to his nature of investment
6) Building relationships with clients & educating them about Investments
7) Buying & Selling of shares on Behalf of clients
8) Confirmation & Execution of orders
9) Advising clients based on research reports
10) Achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly/ quarterly and yearly basis

Roles and Responsibilities: Branch Manager
Responsibilities: -
1. 1. Responsible for revenue generation in terms of brokerage for the branch, to achieve the branch income and manage profitability of the Branch Manager/ Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager cum Dealer ITI Securities Braking Limited (Intime Securities)
2. 2. Responsible to manage a learn of Relationship Managers and drive client acquisition target primarily through the sale of equity based investment products, with prime focus on HNI segments to achieve targets & CROSS SALES OF THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS
3. 3. Responsible to manage team of dealers / equity advisors & generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term
4. 4. Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business
5. 5.Responsible for all Branch operations, IT, compliance & Risk related issues in the Branch
6. 6. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required
7. 7. Team Handling
Work Location for Branch Manager: Pune, Nagpur & Belgaum/Belagavi
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
a) Good communication skills
b) Graduate with NISM VIII series (Must have the Certificate for Dealing)
c) Experience - 1- 10 years in capital markets preferably with brokerage firms/stock broking/securities.
