Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates who have completed Graduation / Pursuing, BCA/ B.Tech / BSC IT.

• Post Graduate candidates from technical background can also apply.

• Candidates of Computer Science and Information Technology Stream.

• Must have knowledge about a programming language - PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, JQuery, and Python.

• Programmers- c, c+, java,j2ee,.net ,asp.net, vb.net, c#, SharePoint, Testing, php, Database- Oracle, Pl/sql, D2K, Oracle.

• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards & programming.

• Testing: Writing of test cases, unit testing, system testing, and negative testing.

• Troubleshooting: Log analysis and database query optimization.

• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, summarizing development & service issues.

• Good Knowledge of Data Structure and Algorithm.

2. QUALITY CONTROL -METALLURGIST

Location: Ghaziabad

Eligibility: Post Graduate / Graduate Metallurgist having at least 5 years of experience in similar industry.

 • Control trials are conducted to evaluate action plans. Standard operating procedures are formulated based on the results of the trial in concurrence with production shops.

• QA/QC, QMS, Finishing Operation, Production Planning, Operations & Process Control, Heat Treatments Processes and Team Handling.

• Specialist in - Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel.

• Metallurgical Testing - Microscopic Evaluation for Inclusion Rating, Grain Size & Microstructure. Micro hardness Tester & Hardness Machines.

• Research & Developments, Develop new processes in melting shop, heat treatment, finishing and quality control operation.

• Handling customer complaints & to ensure CAPA with operation team.

• Liaising with third party, customers auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and establishing standards of service for customers or clients.

• Provided support to the operations department on up gradation of existing technology/process/quality and/or recommended new technology by submitting feasibility report as &when required.

3. QUALITY CONTROL -METALLURGIST

Location: Ahmedabad

Eligibility: Post Graduate / Graduate in Metallurgist having experience of at least 5 years from similar industry.

• Ensuring the quality inspection of incoming as well as outgoing materials.

• Ensuring final quality planning and inspection as per control process based on customer's specification.

• Preparation and updation of all necessary reports as required by the customer.

• Preparing of CAPA against the quality complaint received from the customer and ensuring the implementation of the same.

• Analysis of inhouse rejection, customer complaints and find out the root cause of the problems.

• Preparation of inhouse inspection reports as per the control plan.

• Responsible for process audit and customer audit and maintaining records of the same.

• Supervision of preventive as well as breakdown maintenance.

• Performing/ involve in metallography inspection of different grades for various customers.

• Successfully handled failure analysis, material characterization, root cause analysis & corrective & preventive measures.

4. SALES MANAGER

Location: Delhi 

Eligibility: Post Graduate / Graduate from any stream having experience at least 5 years from similar industry.

• New lead generation using various Databases to get the existing/ potential clients.

• Identifying segments for our products (Stockist, Forging Industries, and Sectors like Defense, Pumps, Automotive, and Valves, Marine Applications), for generating business.

• Visiting the prospective customers, giving a presentation about company and products and maintaining personal rapport with the customers.

• Coordinating with Quality, production and planning department for checking the feasibility of enquiry.

• Preparation of techno-commercial offer against the enquiry received.

• Regular follow up with the PPC team for the status of existing orders and updating the same to the customers.

• Ensure timely delivery of the materials.

• Coordinating with Finance department and customer for payment recovery and accounts settlements.

5.  ULTRASONIC TESTING ENGINEER -NDT LEVEL - II

Location: Ghaziabad

 Eligibility: Post Graduate / Graduate in Mechanical with at least 5 years’ experience from similar industry.

• Ensure Ultrasonic Testing of Hot Rolled Bars.

• Preparation of Ultrasonic report and maintain internal data.

• Responsible for training and supervising Level I UT trainees and other NDT trainees.

• Must have knowledge about a programming language - PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, JQuery, and Python.

• Assist Level II in conducting tests in other NDT methods.

• Records, organizes and evaluates test results and generates NDT reports.

• Responsible for manufacturing components as per QC requirement.
