1. ACADEMIC CONSULTANT (SALES EXECUTIVE)

Toppr is looking for young, energetic professionals, who are passionate about changing the way millions of children learn. The selected candidates will be designated as Academic Consultants, and will be responsible for scheduling and conducts structured counselling sessions.
Through these sessions, the ACs analyse a student's need for Toppr and helps him/her buy the subscription. ACs at Toppr are enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of education. They take independent, well-informed decisions based on their insight into ground reality.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA/PGDM or B.Tech/BE from recognized institutes. B.Com or equivalent graduates from reputed colleges can also apply.
• 0 - 3 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience is preferable. Freshers can also apply.
• Awareness of the subjects taught from classes 5 to 12 across various boards/curriculums globally.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face in schools/coaching classes.

2. TEAM MANAGER (SALES)
Location: Mumbai & Bengaluru
Toppr is looking for a Team Manager (TM). As a TM, you'll hire, train, and manage a team of Academic Consultants (ACs), who are responsible for scheduling and conducting meetings with Toppr's customers.
You'll provide a vision to your team members and drive sales conversions while keeping an eye on their overall career growth and happiness. You'll conduct team meetings and evaluations along with training sessions to inspire your team and improve its performance.
You'll hold your team members accountable for weekly/ monthly/ quarterly meeting and subscription targets. If you are an inspiring leader who is capable of building and driving a top-notch sales team, then we'd love to meet you!
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduation in any field
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Inside sales trainer
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills:
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or the regional language.
• Empathy: Understand the different learning needs and pace of candidates. Impart training to achieve desired result. • Agility: Ability to change according to business requirements.
