Designation - Lab In charge - Corrosion Testing

Qualification - M.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Tech

Experience - 4-5 years of experience in running a corrosion testing lab

Job Responsibility

• Must be knowledgeable about national and international test methods on corrosion of coating, stainless steel & other metals.

• Knowledge of test procedure.

• Must be able to prepare equipment SOPs and test protocols.

• Selection of equipment’s.

• Interpretation of test results.

• Report preparation of corrosion studies.

• Quality assurance of test results of corrosion studies.

• Thorough knowledge about NABL and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 requirements.

2. Electrical Testing Engineer

Designation - Electrical Testing Engineer

Qualification - Diploma / BE in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics

Experience - 1-3 years in Electrical Testing

Job Responsibility

• Responsible for testing of electrical insulating materials and varnishes.

• Handling equipment’s such as HV Tester, Comparative Tracking Index, Volume resistivity, Arc Resistance, Surface Resistivity etc.

• Maintenance of test documents.

• Responsible for calibration of equipment’s as per schedule.

• Assist in electrical maintenance activities.

3. R&D- Organic Titanates

Position - R&D – Organic Titanates

Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate in Chemistry

Experience - 4 years of experience in Research & Development and at least 1-year experience in Organic Titanates.

Job Responsibility

• Development of Organic Titanates and Varnishes.

• General Competency in Organizing and Performing Lab Experiments.

• Awareness of Laboratory Management System such as ISO/IEC 17025.

• Safe working in Laboratory.

• Knowledge of relevant National & International standards is required.
