1. Executive (Chemical Engineer)

Location:-  Dahej

Job Description:-

• Coordinate and manage production in shift with consistent quality as per the target.

• Continuous improvement of processes in coordination with the Head - Care Chemicals Plant & Quality control to reduce batch cycle times, increase in yields, increase operational ease and ultimately leading to cost effective production.

• Guiding a group of Officers / Operators in the plant continuously to ensure product quality of international standard.

• Update knowledge regarding product through proper channel.

• To implement & maintain Management systems like IS09001/1S014001/1S0 50001/RCMS/RSPO/ EFfci GMP/ IATF.

• Maintain the hygiene of the plant. follow the global hygiene requirement.

• Ensuring compliance to TDS requirements while performing activities like tanker loading, unloading, labelling and packing as and when required.

• Ensure that discharge parameters of all the emissions in the plant are within the statutory limits and health and hygiene of the plant personnel is well maintained.

• Adherence to the PPE usage of the plant personnel and work permit system is properly followed in the shifts.

• Training of the plant personnel on SHE / MSDS of the raw material, finished products and other plant related activities.

• Compliance to process safety and environmental protection code as per BASF Practice.

• Ensure the documentation of Responsible care requirement on continual basis

• Act as EHS representative in the shifts.

Education:- B. Sc / BE / B. Tech (Chemical Engineering)

Working Experience:- 3-5 Years

2. National Sales and Business Development Manager

LOCATION:-  Navi Mumbai - HO (Turbhe), IN

Job Description

• Develop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective portfolio.

• Apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Identify customer requirements and offer solutions (service packages) accordingly.

• Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation.

• Design and implement strategic sales plans that expands customer base and ensures sustainable business

• Identify and attract new customers, pursue new applications and interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customers, leading to profitable future business.

• Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data.

 • Take ownership of the account, including the development and execution of the account strategy, and ensure alignment with corporate key account strategy.

• Influence decision-makers in a complex environment within and outside BASF on all levels, and drive actions/decisions even without disciplinary responsibility.

3. Senior Sales Executive

LOCATION:-  Himmatnagar. IN

Job description

• Ensure achievement of territory sales targets.

• Prepare activity charter for the month.

• Monthly sales activity planning: Channel partners, Retailers and Associates

• Monthly collection planning with channel partners.

• Demand Generation- Monthly demand generation activity planning: Database villages and Channel partners/ retailers and their farmers.

• Market Development Activities implementation - Conduct Farmer Meetings, Field Days and demonstrations, Create testimonial farmers

• Organize key crop campaigns

• To adhere and implement sales processes- Be the process owner of the territory: Execute external & internal commercial policies.

• Review performance of associates as per the Efficiency Enhancer System

Education: Masters Science (Agriculture) is a must in addition. Ph.D. in Horticulture, Entomology, Plant Pathology or Agronomy is desired.

4. Chemist

LOCATION:- Navi Mumbai - HO (Turbhe - BCIPL), IN

Job Description

• Synthesis and scale-up of small organic molecules / intermediates / active ingredients on milligram to multikilogram quantities

• Planning of synthesis including retrosynthesis and literature search

• Process development & optimization of routes to advanced intermediates/finished products (chemical, physical and preparative).

• Planning, evaluating & documenting experiments, preparing tech transfer documents such as lab development reports

• Collaborating with cross functional project teams such as research, analytical, safety etc. 

• Adhering to BASF EHS, HR policies and work practices

Education:-

• Postgraduate (M. Sc.) in organic chemistry with sound theoretical & practical knowledge in organic synthesis

Experience:-

• Working minimum for 2 years in chemical / pharmaceutical / agrochemical industry as a bench chemist.

• Hands on experience in kilo lab, pilot plant, flow chemistry would be preferred Should possess adequate technical skills required to perform the job.

5. Research Executive

LOCATION :- Mumbai

Job Description

• Planning, carrying out and work up of organic reactions on laboratory scale to provide organic materials for further research purposes.

• Monitoring of reactions TLC, HPLC and GC.

• Interpretation of NMR results.

• Summary of results obtained in laboratory, documentation in lab journals.

• Optimize process flows and methods of concerned working fields. Evaluate, inquire, document and present of results if necessary.

• Cooperates in cross functional project teams.
