• Planning day-to-day activities, maintenance schedules and work allocation for minimum maintenance and spare cost and optimum use of available resources.

• Identify areas of m/c failures and take steps to rectify them.

• Our Heavy Equipment Operator Training center is located in Barbil, odisha on 5 acres.

• The facility has one classroom and a welding shop.

• We have 2 full-time and 5 part-time instructors and 31 apprentices.

All Local 31 members have access to classroom and hands-on training for a variety of topics including mechanics, excavators, graders, dozers, grade checking, pavers, CDL, CCO, forklift certification, OSHA-10 safety and hazmat, fabrication, welding, lattice boom and hydraulic cranes and a 40-ton rough terrain crane simulator.
